What's the point in stressing? Most of naturally respond negatively when something doesn't go our way. If you can, bring positive thoughts to a situation that you are upset about. This way you are more empowered to do something about it.
Accept responsibility, and fix things. Don't waste time blaming others or complaining about your bad luck. Move on...
