How to get people to notice your company?
Great question and one that many people ask.
If you’re developing your marketing plan you have to know what your goals are.
Here are eight possible marketing goals of any marketing campaign you do. Visibility is one aspect.

1. Bring in clients
2. Build List
3. Engage Audience
4. Be a Perceived expert
5. Increase Reach and Visibility
6. Brand Message
7. Sell products
8. Increase traffic
If you just look at number five,  “Increase Reach and Visibility,”  there are hundreds of ways to accomplish this. Here are a few things to think about.
•  Know your niche clients. These are the narrow group of people who you are specifically marketing to. Do you know who they are and what they want to see?
•  Have a strong brand and message with a hot website that speaks to your niche. Look at your website through their eyes and notice what they see. Does it grab them? Why or why not?
•  Remove barriers to being seen. If you want visibility, Facebook needs to be about your business. Remove the privacy settings so people can connect with you. Have both your friends page and biz page fully filled in with all the bells and whistles and then interact with your niche everyday.  Do you have all that in place? What do people see when they find you on Facebook or Linked in?
•  Be willing to stand out and take risks . Be colorful, outrageous or funny. People won’t see you if you don’t show yourself in a big way. Are you out there fully or are you hiding?
In order for people to see your business, you have to offer them what they want, in the way they want it and keep doing this over and over. You need to be seen as an expert (number three) in what they want.
You have to be engaging (number two) or people will go elsewhere.
It’s important to evaluate your own marketing strategies regularly.  You have your own blind spots!. What are you not seeing in your own business? I’d love to hear from you.
