Access Clearing Statement

 "All the projections, expectations, separations, judgments and rejections of others that I'm aware of, I now uncreate and destroy them all and return to sender, with consciousness attached." Does that feel lighter? Can you see how much of that judgment isn't even yours? So... how does it get any better than that?
