JinShinJyutsu Pattern, Pancreas, Stomach, Bladder

JinShinJyutsu Pattern, Pancreas, Stomach, Bladder

JSJ Pancreas Pattern: Place your right hand's fingertips on your tailbone and your left hand's finger tips behind your left ankle, medial inside of ankle (JSJ5L - kidney 3).

Breathe deeply 3x and then move your left hand to the inside of your leg, just above your left knee (JSJ1L) and breathe deeply 3x.

Now bring your left hand to your pubic bone and breathe deeply 3x.

Now place your left hand (your right hand never left your tailbone; on the center base of your right ribcage (JSJ14R) and breathe 3x.

Leaving your left hand on the base of your right rib cage, move your right hand away from your tailbone and place it on a point where there is a depression on your 3rd rib on your left side (JSJ13L). This point is about halfway between the base of your collar bone and your nipple.

Now move your right hand back to your right side to the base of your right collar bone (JSJ22R - kidney 27

Now for the other side!

Place your left hand's fingertips on your tailbone and your right hand's finger tips behind your right ankle, medial inside of ankle (JSJ5R kidney 3)
Breathe deeply 3x and then move your right hand to the inside of your leg, just above your right knee (JSJ1R) and breathe deeply 3 x.
Now bring your right hand to your pubic bone and breathe deeply, 3x.
Now place your right hand (your left hand is still on your tailbone; on the center base of your left ribcage (JSJ14L) and breathe 3x.

Leaving your right hand on the base of your left rib cage, move your left hand away from your tailbone and place it on a point where there is a depression on your 3rd rib on your right side (JSJ13R). This point is about halfway between the base of your collar bone and your nipple.

Now move your left hand back to your left side to the depression under the base of your left collar bone (JSJ22L - kidney 27)

JSJ Stomach Pattern: If you have just finished your pancreas pattern you have your hands on JSJ22 and JSJ14 (top and bottom of your rib cage on the same side- so I end up completing the pancreas on the right side of upper body so I leave right hand on JSJ22R and put left hand just below cheekbone on the right side JSJ21R) and take 3 deep breaths.

Left hand is not going to leave JSJ21R for the entire side but right hand moves from the collarbone point to the lower left rib cage (JSJ14L) for 3 breaths.

Now move your right hand to the back of your body to the same place-bottom of rib cage and breathe deeply 3x JSJ23L.

Move your right hand to JSJ14R, the point on the bottom of your rib cage on the right side and breathe deeply 3x.

Now cross over to your high knee point on the left side (JSJ1L) and breathe deeply 3x.

On the same knee go to the outside of the leg and come down a bit below the top of the fibula (JSJ8L stomach 36). This point will most likely be a little sore as it is named "the cure for a thousand diseases" in China

Once you have breathed 3x there move your right hand down your leg and grab your middle toe.

Now do the other side!

Bladder Jin Shin Pattern: Start with  right hand on the back of  neck pressing on the left side (JSJ12L) about halfway between  ear and  midline and breathe deeply 3x and left hand is on tailbone.

Right hand will not leave this neck point for the entire pattern on the left side but left hand is going to trace the pattern down the left side of body.
After the 3 breaths there left hand moves to behind the left knee for 3 deep breaths and then move left hand to JSJ16L; just behind the left ankle.

When doing the points behind the ankle simply grab hold of the indents on the inside and outside behind the ankle.

After the 3 breaths behind the ankle I move my left hand down to my little toe and grab hold of that for 3 more breaths.

Now, do the other side!
