Alkaline diet detox

When you start out on an alkaline diet, your body is often overly
acidic. You can transition to an alkaline diet, but the best thing
to do is often a cleansing detox.

A cleanse can really jump start how you're feeling by getting rid
of lots of those built up toxins in your body. You will really see
dramatic results fast by doing this.

After this an alkaline diet is perfect for continuing and going
beyond how good you then feel.

On our forum we had post by Tris with a recipe you can use for
detoxing.

1) 8 oz/250mL/1 cup of water
2) 1/2 tablespoon wheat/barley grass powder
3) 2 tablespoons real lemon juice
4) 2 tablespoons real maple syrup (Grade B, not the $2 stuff the
$8-10 stuff)
5) a personalized dash of cayenne ground pepper.

There were some questions:

how many days does one do this?
does it matter?
is three days good?
how many of these drinks do you drink a day?
does it matter?
can you have too much?

Tris gave some great answers to these questions which you can read
here: http://acidalkalinediet.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=97

A cleanse is a perfect start, or if you have fallen off the wagon
recently. If you would like to know how to feel a dramatic
detox/cleanse of your body, then I recommend you check out this
program:

Complete Body Detox

If you haven't tried this before then be prepared for the
incredible amount of energy that will just get better and better.
If you feel lethargic, suffer joint pain, are overweight or just
feel sick and tired, then try detoxing.

Take control of your health and try a detox, you won't regret it.

Complete Body Detox

To your good health,

Michael.
