Debbie Ford Passes...A Letter From Her Sister, Arielle
(Love and light to Debbie Ford and her family and friends ♥)

Dear Friends,

My beautiful, brilliant and very brave sister Debbie made her transition last night into the waiting arms of her ancestors and guardian angels.

She told Brian and me that she was tired and ready to go. She had accomplished her mission, even though she would have liked more time with her son Beau, her family, her devoted Julie, her gazillion friends and many beloved co-workers and community members.

Debbie wasn’t just my little sister. She was my friend, teacher, biggest supporter, and sometimes unmanageable client. (She was always stubborn which served her well these past two and half years when she defied the odds of cancer. I'll never forget the day one doctor told her in September 2010 to get her affairs in order because she was ready for hospice. She told him to F-off, that there was no way she was dying.)

If I had to choose just one word to describe her I would say that first and foremost Debbie was a seeker.

In her teens and twenties she was seeking excitement, parties, wild adventure and of course shopping.

In her thirties she began seeking to understand the mind, body, spirit connection in order to heal herself of addiction.

She was simultaneously committed to discovering her own spirituality while gaining a college degree in transpersonal psychology as she sought more and more understanding of herself, the divine, and the world. Debbie also earned two honorary doctorate degrees for her contributions to the field.

From her forties and beyond, she devoted herself to teaching and sharing her own powerful process of healing while always seeking new, deeper paths to wholeness.

Debbie innovated groundbreaking work around the human shadow and grew into her role as a teacher, sharing her insightful shadow work through her many books, lectures, workshops, coaching programs, TV and radio shows, and even a movie -- helping hundreds of thousands around the world transform their pain into “their best life.” Debbie helped so many people go beyond their limited perspective of themselves and reconnect to the love, joy, and peace of their true selves.

Her legacy and work will live on through the programs she developed and through her loving and devoted staff at The Ford Institute for Transformational Training.

Debbie was also a giver. Her generosity is legendary and one of her proudest accomplishments was assisting Beau with his Bar Mitzvah project to build a school in rural Uganda. Through her Collective Heart Foundation in partnership with the Just Like My Child Foundation, several important programs to help women and children are now thriving including a Girl Power project. What Are Cervical Nerves?

What Are Cervical Nerves?

Cervical nerves are spinal nerves from the first seven vertebrae of the spinal cord. These seven vertebrae, called C1 through C7, begin at the base of the skull and make up the cervical spine in humans and most other mammals. There are eight cervical nerves, designated C1 through C8, with C1 through C7 emerging from above the cervical vertebra of the same number and nerve C8 emerging from below vertebra C7, the furthest from the skull. These nerves are connected to the muscles of the upper body and are among the most important in the nervous system.

Each cervical nerve innervates — stimulates — part of the upper body. Beyond the spine in the peripheral nervous system, these nerves branch, split, and intertwine. C1 through C4 form a structure in the neck called the cervical plexus, while C4 through C8, along with the first thoracic spinal nerve (T1), form the brachial plexus. Therefore, a particular cervical nerve can branch into multiple parts of the body, and a particular part of the body can be connected to more than one cervical nerve.

The head and neck are innervated by cervical nerves C1, C2, and C3. The thoracic diaphragm, a sheet of muscle across the lower rib cage essential to respiration, is innervated by C3, C4, and C5. Nerves C5, C6, C7, and C8, along with T1, split into a series of branches that innervate the arms, hands, and shoulders, as well as some muscles in the thorax.

Some of the nerves that branch off include the great auricular nerve, lesser occipital nerve, and transverse cervical nerve, which provide sensation on different parts of the head and neck, as well as the ansa cervicalis, which connects to the muscles of the neck. The phrenic nerve controls the diaphragm. Nerves connecting the cervical spine to the arms, shoulders, and hands include the radial nerve, ulnar nerve, and axillary nerve.

The cervical nerves are essential to sensation and motor control, and damage to them caused by disease or spinal injuries can result in partial or total loss of feeling and mobility in the upper body. It can also affect the autonomic nervous system in the torso, resulting in problems with digestion, respiration, and bowel and bladder control. Injuries at higher vertebrae generally cause greater impairment than injuries at lower vertebrae, and sufficient damage to the higher nerves can result in total quadriplegia — loss of use of all the limbs and the torso. The importance of the thoracic diaphragm to respiration means that a person can no longer breathe independently if the spine is severed above C3, although he or she can be kept alive by a respirator.

~~LOVE~~

There is a rhythm throughout the universe. The pulsation throbs within every heart, during each moment of ecstasy, in every birth contraction. The rhythm exists in the pull of the ocean tide, around the weight of each raindrop, woven into every cocoon. The sequence, the progression, is what we call time. Our time of influence affects the expansion of the universe. Heaven is eager to learn how we will add to the growth of eternal existence. God is ready to respond as you take part in creation. The rhythm never ends, it only strengthens and expands. This life force is you. You are the mystery. You are the journey. You are exquisite. You are here. Now, it's your time. — Julie Barnes

Want balance, peace, health, or unconditional love?

Want balance, peace, health, or unconditional love? Take note of the I AM that you are. We are divine co-creators in this play of life. The future is never certain, for it is merely illusion; as is the past.

It is 9:42 pm. 9:41 is already in the past, and 9:43 is yet to happen. The memory of 9:41 and the expectation of 9:43 are the illusion. As long as we still believe that these illusions are real we remain in a constant state of suffering that we cannot be released from.

Each choice we make is what creates the script of this play of our lives. We can choose to allow the past to hold sway over us and drag it into the present moment or we can let it go, and live presently right now. But until we let go of the regrets of the past and the fears of the future we cannot live a peaceful and fulfilling life.

Granted, there is an entity that knows of all the choices that we will make, that truly knows every number of hairs upon our heads when we cross over, but does not interfere in those choices. Free will is the greatest give given to humans. We have the right to make our own mistakes and our own accomplishments. Free will is what makes us the co-creators in this theatrical commonality that we all share.

I AM joy. I AM peace. I AM unconditional love. This is what I CHOOSE to BE.

Brightest blessings of peace, love, joy, and health to you all.

Body Burning Diet Supplements

Body Burning Diet Supplements

L-Carnitine is a non-essential amino acid (said to be non-essential because human bodies produce it) that burns fat by transferring long-chain fatty acids, such as triglycerides into mitochondria where the compound is oxidized to produce energy.
L-carnitine is a key ingredient in the formation of mitochondria membranes (tiny structures in your cells that burn fats for energy).
L-carnitine is also reported to improve the recovery rate for athletes by limiting the production of lactic acid (a waste product in muscle tissue).
Without optimal amounts of L Carnitine, there is not optimal fat burning because the breakdown of long chain fatty acids is slowed. L-carnitine works best with a diet moderately Low in Carbohydrates (50 percent or less of calories consumed) because high levels of carbohydrates promote high levels of insulin, which inhibits L-carnitine activity.
1,000 mg to 4,000mg (1 to 4 grams) should be taken on an empty stomach; half an hour before a meal, right before a workout or a couple of hours after eating to optimize fat loss.
```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
Calcium (Pyruvate) is a naturally formed product (a three-carbon ketoacid produced in the end stages of glycolysis) that enhances the transport of glucose and protein into muscle cells and increases the amount of ATP available to the mitochondria.
(Pyruvate is the "end" product when carbohydrates and proteins are metabolized in the body).
Pyruvate's fat burning benefits are based on its potential to increase resting metabolic rate. Pyrurate increases the body's use of fat as an energy source for cellular respiration thus raising our metabolic rate, and the higher our resting metabolism, the more calories we burn throughout the day. The calories burned are also calories that will not be stored as fat. There is controversy as to what dosage of pyruvate is effective.
Critics argue that while pyruvate may be effective for weight loss, the amount required is too high (30 grams a day) to be safe for daily consumption. Recent studies have shown effectiveness using only 6grams of pyruvate a day.
Although there is disagreement, I have found that eight grams of pyruvate divided over three doses works well for me, especially when I am taking CLA and L-carnitine. Higher doses can be irritating to the stomach.
Weight Loss Cocktail
Weight Loss Supplement Cocktail
Every once in awhile you run across a study that is so remarkable that you are left rubbing your eyes in disbelief.  Such is the case with one weight loss study in a 1999 journal called Medical Hypotheses that gave a four-supplement cocktail to obese patients and watched the rolls roll right off the participants. [1]
Those in the study lost an average of 3.3 total pounds per week and 5 pounds of fat per week.  Mama!  Anyone who has dieted knows that normal weight loss peaks at about 2 pounds per week.  Yes, you may lose much more than that in the first week due to water loss, but it quickly tapers off to about 2 pounds per week for those who really limit their caloric intake. So what makes these results really astonishing is that these individuals not only sustained over 3 pounds of weight loss per week but also lost more fat pounds than total pounds!  This implies a net gain of muscle mass as well.
NOTE:  Talk to your doctor before taking any supplement, especially if you are on medications or have medical conditions.
How does it all work? Well, synergism would be the operative word in "supplement cocktails" such as these.  Researchers will sometimes experiment with different supplements that tackle a health problem through multiple pathways yielding additive and sometimes even multiplicative effects. Four supplements were used in such a manner in this study and below are the daily dosages:
  • 8 grams Calcium Pyruvate
  • 1.5 grams HCA
  • 250 mg L-Carnitine
  • 600 micrograms Chromium Picolinate
  • Calcium Pyruvate had in previous studies been shown to produce substantial weight loss in overweight subjects even without reducing calories. [7] Of course, this is amazing in and of itself as partipants lost over 3 pounds total and about 5 pounds of fat in six weeks without the usual issues of hunger and dieting.  A pleasant concept for most trying to lose weight is the idea of just doing a little daily exercising and taking 6 grams of Calcium Pyruvate daily.
    The results from this and other studies were so promising that one prominent researcher in the field decided to take Calcium Pyruvate and couple it with some other studies to hopefully get a fat loss boost. So what are these supplements and what do they do?
    CAUTION:  Calcium Pyruvate has - shock! - a lot of calcium and this is risky for us guys.  (Elevated calcium consumption is linked to prostate cancer in males.)  For this reason, I do not recommend this supplement protocol for more than a few weeks.
    Chromium Picolinate, of course, a common supplement that delivers this all-important mineral to our insulin and glucose metabolism.  Of course, insulin resitance is the arch-nemesis of weight loss and is very often a problem in those with too many extra pounds. Furthermore, the typical modern diet not only delivers too little chromium but actually depletes it from the body. [2] HCA also improves glucose metabolism. [3]
    Calcium Pyruvate and L-Carnitine, on the other hand, work by increasing fatty acid oxidation, i.e. fuel burning. L-Carnitine literally transports your fats into mitochondria to get churned and burned.  HCA helps this same process by shifting your body's balance from carbohydrate to fat burning as well.  And both Calcium Pyruvate and L-Carnitine have been associated with an increased base metabolic rate as well, i.e. more calories are burned by one's system throughout the day. [5][6] The bottom line is that all of these appear to work together to accelerate weight loss in a semi-dramatic fashion, at least for those who are significantly overweight.
    Guidelines For Enlightenment ~ When you find a fault, don't dwell on it.
    Guidelines For Enlightenment
    Guidelines For Enlightenment
     Drive Your Karma, Curb Your Dogma
    Swami Beyondananda's Guidelines for Enlightenment
    1. Be a FUNdamentalist. Make sure the fun always comes before the [Swami] mental. Realize that life is a situation comedy that will never be cancelled, a laugh track has been provided, and the reason we are put in the material world is to get more material. Have a good laughsitive twice a day, and that will insure regularhilarity.
    2. Remember that each of us has been given a special gift just for entering -- so you are already a winner!
    3. The most powerful tool on the planet today is tell-a-vision. That is where I tell a vision to you, and you tell a vision to me. That way, if we don't like the programming we are getting, we can change the channel.
    4. Life is like photography. You use the negative to develop. And no matter what adversity you face, be reassured: Of course, God loves you -- he's just not ready to make a commitment.
    5. It is true. As we go through life thinking heavy thoughts, thought particles tend to get caught between the ears, causing a condition called truth decay. So be sure and use mental floss twice a day.
    6. If we want world peace, we must let go of our attachments and truly live like nomads. That's where I no mad at you, you no mad at me. That way, there will surely be nomadness on the planet. And peace begins with each of us. A little peace here, a little peace there, and pretty soon all the peaces will fit together to make one big peace everywhere
    .
    7. I know great earth changes have been predicted for the future, so if you're looking to avoid earthquakes, my advice is simple. When you find a fault, don't dwell on it.
    8. There is no need to change the world. All we have to do is toilet train the world, and we'll never have to change it again.
    9. If you're looking to find the key to the Universe, I have some bad news and some good news. The bad news is, there is no key to the Universe. The good news is, it has been left unlocked.
    10. Finally, everything I have told you is channeled. That way, if you don't like it, it's not my fault. And remember, enlightenment is not a bureaucracy. So you don't have to go through channels.
    Tina Turner Chant "Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo"
    The Meaning of Nam-myoho-renge-kyo | Buddhism | Soka Gakkai International (SGI)
    The Meaning of Nam-myoho-renge-kyo | Buddhism | Soka Gakkai International (SGI)
    "Nichiren regarded Nam-myoho-renge-kyo as the Mystic Law, the natural principle governing the workings of life in the universe, the law to which all Buddhas are enlightened and the true aspect of our own lives. He saw the practice of repeatedly invoking this law as the 'direct path to enlightenment.' The phrase can be literally translated as 'I devote myself to the Lotus Sutra of the Wonderful Law.'"
    The meaning of Nam-myoho-renge-kyoPeople first coming into contact with the religious practice of the Soka Gakkai International may be struck by the stress placed on the phrase "Nam-myoho-renge-kyo." It may appear that everything starts from and returns to this single phrase. This does, however, accurately reflect Nichiren's (1222-82) view of its importance and the value he placed on its repeated invocation. As he put it: "[T]he soul of Nichiren is nothing other than Nam-myoho-renge-kyo." Indeed, Nichiren regarded Nam-myoho-renge-kyo as the Mystic Law, the natural principle governing the workings of life in the universe, the law to which all Buddhas are enlightened and the true aspect of our own lives. He saw the practice of repeatedly invoking this law as the "direct path to enlightenment."
    The Voice
    Many people associate Buddhist religious practice with silent, interior meditation. But the practice of vocalizing, reciting and chanting various teachings has played a vitally important role in the history of Buddhism. To voice one's innermost conviction and vow in prayer is an intensely public act. The emphasis on audible chanting as opposed to silent meditation reflects a core stance of Nichiren's Buddhism. Rather than simply exploring and withdrawing into the private realms of the inner life, religious practice is focused on bringing forth our highest inner potential in relation to and for the benefit of our fellow humans and human society. Nichiren often quotes the words of an earlier Buddhist philosopher that "The voice does the Buddha's work."
    Using our voices to express and convey the state of our inner life--whether that be one of joy, gratitude, despair or determination--is central to our identity as humans. It is likely that the quintessentially human act of "prayer" grew from such semi-instinctual pleas, cries and thanks--directed toward the inscrutable forces of nature and prior to any consciously formulated system of doctrine or belief. Likewise, it is through song, the voice, that human beings have given primary expression to their innermost feelings of--and desires for--harmony with all life. The voice serves as a vital link between ourselves, our fellow humans and a universe that is itself vibrant with the rhythms of life and death.
    Nichiren viewed the Lotus Sutra, with its message that all people are capable of becoming Buddhas--that, at the deepest level, all people already are enlightened Buddhas--as the ultimate teaching of Buddhism with an enduring and universal applicability. In line with earlier schools dedicated to the Lotus Sutra, he considered the five Chinese characters of the title of the sutra--myo, ho, ren, ge, kyo--as embodying the essence of the sutra, the Mystic Law to which Shakyamuni and other Buddhas are enlightened. Thus, when on April 28, 1253, he declared that to chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo was to activate its promise of universal enlightenment, Nichiren was establishing a form of practice that would open the way to enlightenment for all people--regardless of class or educational background. This was borne out in the diverse range of people who gathered around Nichiren, becoming his followers and fellow practitioners; they included people with a highly developed understanding of Buddhist doctrine and history as well as farmers with little if any literacy. It is also borne out in the astonishing diversity of people practicing Nichiren Buddhism globally today.
    The Mystic Law
    Nichiren devoted great energy to encouraging his followers to muster profound faith that chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is a practice by which they can bring forth their inherent Buddha nature--strengthening their capacity for wisdom, courage, confidence, vitality and compassion--to successfully meet the challenges of daily life and establish a state of unshakable happiness in this world.
    What, then, does Nam-myoho-renge-kyo mean? The phrase can be literally translated as "I devote myself to the Lotus Sutra of the Wonderful Law." In a number of his many writings--which include treatises, petitions, records of lectures as well as letters to individual believers--Nichiren delves into the deeper significance of each of the component characters.
    Nam (or Namu) derives from the Sanskrit and means to venerate or dedicate oneself. (It is often translated as "hail" or "take refuge in," but from the perspective of Nichiren Buddhism, with its stress on the fact that the Law is inherent in all people, this cannot be considered the optimal translation.) Myoho-renge-kyo is the Japanese pronunciation of the Chinese characters comprising the title of the Lotus Sutra, or Saddharma Pundarika Sutra in the original Sanskrit.
    Nichiren comments that the entire formulation thus fuses elements of Sanskrit and Chinese, the two great civilizations of his known world. This may be understood as expressing the universalist orientation of Nichiren Buddhism, its active embrace of human culture and civilization.
    Myoho corresponds to Saddharma and may be translated as "wonderful or mystic Law." As Nichiren comments in one letter: "What then does myo signify? It is simply the mysterious nature of our life from moment to moment, which the mind cannot comprehend or words express."
    Nichiren further cites three attributes of the character myo: To open, to be fully endowed, and to revive. Ho is the dharma or law, and together the two characters of myoho refer to the Mystic Law.
    As SGI President Daisaku Ikeda has written: "The great power of the Mystic Law...embraces everything, brings out the positive possibilities of all situations, transforming everything toward the good, reviving and giving new life to all experiences."
    Myo and ho are also identified by Nichiren as corresponding to life and death, which Buddhism regards as the two aspects--one active and manifest, the other latent and unseen--of a deeper life-continuum. This continuum is permeated and shaped by the law of causality, or cause and effect, which Nichiren identifies with renge, the lotus flower.
    Specifically, the fact that the lotus flower already contains seeds when it opens symbolizes the principle of the simultaneity of cause and effect, the idea that causes we make are engraved in the deepest, most essential realms of life, and on this plane we immediately experience the effects of our thoughts, words and deeds. In terms of Buddhist practice this means that "Anyone who practices this Law will obtain both the cause and effect of Buddhahood simultaneously." The fact that the lotus flower sends forth pure white blossoms from roots sunk deep in muddy water expresses the idea that our highest nature is brought forth through committed engagement with the often difficult or disagreeable realities of life and society.
    Finally, kyo signifies the sutra, the voiced and transmitted teaching of the Buddha. The Chinese character for kyo indicates the threads that run continually through a woven fabric. Nichiren writes: "Kyo represents the words and voices of all living beings.... Kyo may also be defined as that which is constant and unchanging in the three existences of past, present and future."
    Elsewhere Nichiren associates each of the characters of Nam-myoho-renge-kyo with parts of the human body: head, throat, chest, abdomen and legs, respectively. This may be understood as indicating that the mystic principle or law that guides and governs the living cosmos is in no way separate from the concrete realities of our lives.
    By invoking the Mystic Law and bringing forth our highest, most enlightened nature, we naturally inspire those around us to strive toward the highest, most creative and compassionate way of life. This develops into a "virtuous circle" of mutually reinforcing celebration of the infinite dignity and value of all human beings. Nichiren uses a poetic metaphor to describe this process: "[W]hen a caged bird sings, birds who are flying in the sky are thereby summoned and gather around, and when the birds flying in the sky gather around, the bird in the cage strives to get out. When with our mouths we chant the Mystic Law, our Buddha nature, being summoned, will invariably emerge."
    Solfeggio Arpeggio is Ambient Electro Trance; that has been done in the Ancient Solfeggio Scale. The Arpeggios are tuned to the Solfeggio scale; this requires individual tuning for each note.
    Also; there are 3 accompanying Solfeggio frequency drones; 528Hz, 639Hz and 852Hz
    The combined frequencies and arpeggios create a nice harmonic push.
    I have used a combination of sine' square and triangle waves for the Solfeggio frequency drones, this adds to the Electro feel rather than sticking to pure sine-waves.
    The arpeggios are a Saw-tooth waveform.
    The 3 electronic drums used are not frequency pitched to the Solfeggio scale; rather frequency processed, tuned and equalized to be harmonically compatible.
    This gives the percussion; a Solfeggio harmonic overtone, within the drum sound.
    I felt this audio processing technique helped to reinforce the Solfeggio Arpeggios.
    UT - 396 Hz -associated with releasing emotional patterns after: see RE-417Hz below.
    RE - 417 Hz -associated with breaking up crystallized emotional patterns
    MI - 528 Hz - relates to crown chakra; Dr. Puleo suggests an association with "DNA integrity" Transformation and Miracles
    FA - 639 Hz - associated with whole brain quadrant interconnectedness. Connecting Relationships
    My Perfect Valentine
    Observing the stars,
    You came into mind,
    I thought about your love for me,
    It's so fine.
    Whenever you hug me,
    Whenever you're there,
    I feel so secure,
    I know you really care.
    At times we're together,
    Not knowing what to say,
    All we do is hold hands,
    Then our love lights the way.
    There are instances we argue,
    But time's granted to ponder,
    Then we work things out,
    It makes our love stronger.
    I've nothing to worry about,
    Gone are moments, I thought we'd part,
    Thinking of you makes me smile,
    You'll forever be in my heart.
    We’re not always together,
    Life sometimes keeps us apart.
    But we're never separated
    We’re in each other's heart.
    Now I know we've had our troubles,
    But we always get thru.
    The real message is you love me,
    And I also love you.
    We have had lots of good times
    That we'll never forget
    Sometimes we worry
    And sometimes we fret
    But if God ever gave me
    Something special you see,
    It might have been the blessing of,
    Three sisters are we.
    The Lord above has gave me lots
    Of happiness and glee
    But the most special thing he did was
    Make us sisters, all three.
    My First, My Last, My Valentine, Romantic Valentines Day Poem
     My First, My Last , My Valentine...
    © Sokea Meas
    I've never imagined that there can be this day.
    A day that love will find its way.
    Out of my heart and into your soul.
    These feelings I have are beyond my control.
    All my life I have waited patiently.
    For a goddess like you, so beautiful, so lovely.
    Words can't express the way I feel.
    These feelings towards you are all for real.
    You are the reason why I go on.
    Eternity can't separate this special bond.
    This heart of mine is reserved for you.
    Forever it is yours, this love is true.
    I'll be your first and you'll be my last.
    My world, my everything, till my time has past.
    I will always love you until the end of time.
    MY LOVE, MY SWEETHEART, MY VALENTINE!
    Top 20 Ways to Raise Your Consciousness
    The Top 20 Ways to Raise YourConsciousness
    1. Meditate
    Almost every spiritual path includes meditation as a powerful practice,
    because it allows you to detach yourself from the constant stream of
    thoughts that bombard you every day – most of which, by the way, are
    negative, destructive and not in your highest interest to act upon.
    Meditation helps us become aware of what is driving us, and creates a
    gap between the watcher and the watched, the observer and the observed,
    giving us a chance to step back and act from a higher place, rather than
    rashly or impulsively. By remaining centered in your heart and the front
    part of your brain (the neo cortex), you are overall much more likely to
    make a better decision than if you stay in the lower part of your brain (the
    amygdala or reptilian brain).
    Meditation is also a very useful tool because it brings you in touch with
    your essence, which is consciousness itself. You are consciousness,
    embodied. Think about it. If you want to raise your consciousness, you
    need to first get in touch with your consciousness. It’s obvious, isn’t it?
    It’s the soul, the spirit, the “I Am” essence which exists before any
    thought or feeling comes along. Get to know it. There is something divine
    about consciousness. We are all part of “God” or All That Is. By knowing
    yourself, you come to God or All That Is in the best way possible: through
    your own personal experience.
    Lastly, meditation will allow you space to ponder a very important
    question: if you are not your thoughts, then what are your thoughts?
    Where do they come from? There is evidence to suggest that not only are
    we being bombarded with governmental mind control broadcasts
    (especially with ubiquitous cell phone towers, HAARP and other emerging
    technologies), but we may also be under psychic attack from otherdimensional
    entities (such as Archons), who easily trick us into doing
    their bidding by getting us to identify with (and act upon) their deceptive
    thoughts.
    2. Pray and Use the Power of Your Intention
    It has been said that while meditation is listening to God, prayer is talking
    to God. If you have a religious inclination, use the notion of prayer; if you
    have a more spiritual or new age inclination, use the notion of intention.
    Either way, the idea is to give thanks, express and let go of regret, sorrow,
    sadness, frustration and anger, and get clear and ask for what you want,
    realizing the power to manifest it is already within you – since you are
    part of God (All That Is).
    Although it is important to condense your wishes and intentions into
    words, it is crucial to use the power of emotion – the power of raw energy
    in motion – to amplify your intent and help give birth to it in this reality.
    Feeling what it would be like to have already achieved your desire will
    help bring it about faster than anything. This is the true meaning of trust
    and having the faith to move a mountain. You are a part of God. You have
    the power to do anything. Use it!
    3. Practice Deep Breathing
    Breath is life. We can go without food (as shown by those who live by
    sungazing) and even without water for quite a few hours, but we cannot
    go without breathing. Our society has become one of shallow breathing;
    and as a natural consequence many suffer from stress and burn out.
    Breathing deeply allows us to relax, to feel fully in our body and to draw
    life giving energy from the air.
    Oxygen is quite incredible. In high enough quantity, its presence is
    enough to kill any parasite in the human body. Disease cannot survive in
    an oxygen-rich environment. Oxygen deficiency may be the one true
    precursor to cancer. This would explain why in several spiritual traditions
    – including yoga from India – there is a practice called Pranayama, which
    is the art of breath control. Yogis or advanced adepts gain tremendous
    health and other benefits from mastering their breath.
    4. Exercise
    Your body is designed to move, as shown by the fact that it releases
    endorphins (“feel-good“ hormones) when you exercise. Like anything, the
    key is finding the right balance. Too much exercise can deplete you and
    too little can leave you overweight, lazy, apathetic, weak, stagnant or
    complacent. However, with the advent of labor-saving technology,
    machines and millions of desk jobs, mankind is in danger of exercising
    too little.
    Play. Do something you love – walk, run, jog, hike, cycle, row, swim,
    skate – and feel life pulsing through you. Children play all the time and
    exercise without even seeing it as such. Exercising is a great way to feel
    really alive, and an important way to raise your consciousness.
    5. Eat Healthy Food
    You are what you eat. Food has a tremendously significant effect on
    mood, health and energy levels. The father of Western medicine,
    Hippocrates, said, “Let thy food be thy medicine, and thy medicine be thy
    food.”
    Most conventional food is tainted and poisoned in one way or another,
    containing thousands of toxic chemicals (food colorings, preservatives,
    growth enhancers, etc. and even chemicals approved by the fraudulent
    FDA such as aspartame). Chicken has arsenic, fish has mercury and a lot
    of meat contains chemical growth hormones like rBGH (Recombinant
    Bovine Growth Hormone) which is injected so the animal will grow faster
    and produce more meat, but which ends up in people’s bodies and
    causes disease. Even food packaging is contaminated, e.g. many soup
    cans contain a toxic plastic known as BPA (Bisphenol A).
    The solution to all this is know where your food comes from (grow some
    yourself or buy local from Farmers’ markets) and increase the amount of
    raw, organic food in your diet – especially fruit and vegetables. Many
    people derive great health benefits from adopting a plant-based diet and
    either reducing or eliminating animal products (meat, fish, eggs and
    dairy). Plants have everything the human body needs to function properly
    – vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and fats – in a form that is
    usually easily digested and assimilated.
    Lastly, try adding superfoods to your diet. Foods such as spirulina,
    chlorella, maca, ashwagandha, ginseng, goji berries, chia seeds, cacao
    and astaxanthin possess an extraordinary nutritional profile that gives
    you a real bang for you buck. With a strong and healthy body, your
    consciousness will naturally ascend.
    6. Drink Clean Water
    The human body is somewhere around 75% water. Many people today
    walk around chronically dehydrated. Did you know that even mild
    dehydration can cause headaches, migraines, dizziness, fatigue, muscle
    cramps, heartburn and other ailments? It is very important to remain
    hydrated whatever you do during the day. Even those who are sedentary
    need water because our bodies lose moisture continually - through
    urination, elimination of waste and toxins, sweating and even breathing.
    Without enough water, the cells of your body cannot do their job of
    eliminating toxins, which leads to toxic buildup and thus disease.
    Sadly, much municipal water today is fluoridated. Sodium fluoride is a
    toxic industrial byproduct and a main ingredient of rat poison. It was first
    used by the Nazis in their concentration camps to make their prisoners
    more docile. When ingested, fluoride accumulates in the pineal gland and
    shuts it down, thus making it more difficult for us to access higher states
    of consciousness.
    Therefore, it is crucial that you find a source of clean water. Spring water
    is the best, but if you don’t have access to that, get a decent water filter
    that will remove many of the pathogens, heavy metals and bacteria
    lurking in the water. For those who live in a place that doesn’t fluoridate
    the water, a regular filter will do; for those who live in a place that does
    fluoridate the water, you will need a special filter that takes out fluoride.
    Lastly, use nascent iodine to detox the fluoride already in your body.
    7. Follow Your Passion
    Many people today are afraid of doing what they really love for one
    reason or another, finding excuses and procrastinating. However, it is
    crucial to follow your passion (or excitement, bliss or joy) and spend time
    doing what you love. Excitement is the language of the soul. Each
    person’s excitement is unique; what excites one person won’t excite
    another. Excitement is the way that the Universe communicates with us.
    It’s a clue leading us back to our Higher Self. It’s a way of reconnecting
    with why you incarnated and what you came to Earth to do. Follow your
    passion and your consciousness will automatically rise; follow your
    excitement and trust the Universe will adequately support you in one way
    or another. It always does.
    8. Align Your Work with Your Ideals
    Many people today are stuck in jobs they hate or dislike, afraid of quitting
    and not finding anything better. However, if you do that, you are giving
    your energy away to a cause that you don’t really believe in, which will be
    deeply unfulfilling to your soul.
    The Buddha prescribed an eightfold path for those wanting to attain
    Enlightenment (or raise their consciousness), and one of the eight
    recommendations was “right livelihood”. This involves getting clear on
    what your ideals, values and principles are and what gift you want to
    bring to humanity. It also involves trust that the Universe will support you,
    and creativity in finding a way to make money from your gift to support
    yourself.
    The more you can align everything you do in your life (of which work or
    your primary source of income is a big part) with Who You Really Are, the
    happier you‘ll be, and the more your consciousness will be raised.
    9. Maintain a Daily Spiritual Practice
    Life can be tough. It’s easy to get sucked in to the world of stress, worry,
    fear, anger, running around, business and never-ending “to-do” lists.
    However, if you don’t take some out to reconnect with your underlying
    mission or purpose for being here, you’ll end up running around like a
    chicken without a head, not doing anything of real meaning.
    It’s vital to take some time each day to do a spiritual practice – whether
    that be meditation, yoga, tai chi, prayer, walking in the forest or along
    the beach or whatever works best for you. That way, you reconnect with
    your essence, your consciousness. We are human beings, not human
    doings! Find some time each day to nourish your being. It’s sure to help
    uplift your consciousness.
    10. Spend Time in Nature
    Modern civilization may have brought us many conveniences and luxuries,
    but it has brought about a profound disconnection between mankind and
    nature. Big corporations treat nature as the enemy; something to be
    fought over, possessed, exploited, harnessed and raped. Yet the
    absurdity of this is fast becoming apparent, since we are entirely
    dependent on nature for our very life. If there were no more trees or plant
    life, we would die; if we contaminate the air and water too much so that
    there are insufficient quantities left for us, we would also die.
    Most of us live in houses, shut off from the outside world, and in big
    cities, away from mountains, forests and wildlife. Spending time in nature
    is a fantastic way to raise your consciousness. Walk barefoot on the Earth
    – get your feet connected with the Earth’s telluric energy. Go camping.
    Take a hike to the mountaintop. Swim in the lake, river or ocean. Pick
    wild fruit and berries. Take a stroll through the forest. In whatever way
    you can, spend more time and nature and you will be amazed at how
    recharged you feel.
    11. Turn Off the Television
    Although television in and of itself is just a medium for information and
    communication, the overwhelmingly majority of people are addicted to
    TV and under its hypnotic spell. Did you ever wonder why the shows on
    television are named “programs”? That’s exactly what they’re doing to
    you – programming you. The Controllers who run the planet love the fact
    that the majority of the population is hooked on TV, because it’s such an
    effective tool to brainwash people. When you watch television, you relax
    and your brain goes into alpha-waves, which are much more receptive
    than the normal beta-wave frequency we use during daily tasks. In alphawave,
    people are more susceptible to suggestion, and messages both
    overt and subliminal can more easily bypass the conscious filter. In this
    way people are programmed to believe what the Controllers want them to
    believe and act the way the Controllers want them to act.
    Take a break from the TV. Use the time instead to connect with your
    loved ones, read a book, relax, watch the stars at night, be creative (draw,
    paint, write a poem, make a piece of art), meditate or practice a new
    hobby. Too much TV squelches your imagination and creativity. Reduce
    or eliminate your TV time and you’ll be surprised how much
    consciousness is freed up as a result.
    12. Get your Information from Alternative Sources
    The mainstream media is totally controlled and has been for a long time.
    It doesn’t matter if it’s CNN, MSNBC, ABC, Fox, the NY Times or the
    Washington Post; at the end of the day, there a handful of CEOs at the
    top who control hundreds and hundreds of TV and radio stations,
    websites, magazines and newspapers under one giant corporate banner.
    Don’t think for a minute that these stations are “fair and unbiased”; their
    owners have a definite agenda. They use their power to influence billions
    of minds, often subliminally without the audience realizing it.
    It’s critical to get your information from alternative sources, outside of
    the mainstream media, so you can get the truth and understand what is
    really happening in the world. Without that, you be blindly led along and
    play right into the hands of the Controllers, who will use the media to
    mold and sway your opinion to further their agenda. Use the internet. Get
    to know reputable, alternative websites such as www.davidicke.com,
    www.infowars.com, www.rense.com, www.theintelhub.com,
    www.projectcamelot.org and www.activistpost.com. The better informed
    you are about the state of the world and Who You Are, the more aware
    and therefore conscious you will be.
    13. Create Win/Win Situations with Everyone
    We have been brought up under the law of the jungle, the competitive
    win/lose model, where in order for someone to win, someone else has to
    lose. This is even embodied in mainstream scientific thought with the
    Darwinian theory of the survival of the fittest. However, we never really
    win if we do so at the expense of another, because we are one giant
    human organism, totally interconnected and interdependent. If you are
    constantly causing people to lose, chances are you will feel their anger or
    revenge at some point, and it will be hard for you to fully relax and enjoy
    your so-called “win” knowing there are some out there plotting your
    downfall. This will keep your consciousness locked into a lower mode of
    survival, defense and territorialness.
    It’s better to embrace the new model of win/win, and find solutions
    where everyone gets what they want, at least partially if not fully. This
    requires creativity, good communication and deft negotiation skills, but
    in doing so, you will earn many new friends, a lot of appreciation and
    respect, and assuredly raise your consciousness to a new level.
    14. Resolve Conflict Peacefully
    If we want world peace, then we need to have peace in our own lives. If
    we want war and conflict to end on a global scale, we need to ensure we
    are not fighting with those around us. Wars between nations, states and
    communities are a reflection of our inability to resolve conflict peacefully
    on an interpersonal level.
    One great method of resolving conflict peacefully is NVC (Non-Violent
    Communication) pioneered by Marshall Rosenberg. The idea is to stick to
    “I” statements instead of “You” statements, e.g. “I feel annoyed” or “I feel
    irritated by your actions” or “I’m having a hard time dealing with this
    right now” rather than lashing out or name calling “You did this to me” or
    “It’s your fault”. By sticking to what you observe (rather than judgements),
    what you feel and what you need, you can make a request of another to
    change their behavior whilst still maintaining the connection. Sharing
    what you feel and need often disarms another who can then relate to it.
    We all share a basic humanity and common feelings and needs.
    By emanating peace and practicing the art of resolving conflict
    compassionately, you will inspire many people and uplift your own
    consciousness.
    15. Be Authentic and Honest with your Feelings
    Many people were raised in a culture where it was not okay to have
    certain feelings. Sadly, we learnt to hide and squash them, first from
    others like our parents, and later even from ourselves, falling into selfdenial.
    However, what you don’t consciously express or transmute, you
    end up repressing. Suppressed emotion can lead to dark behavior,
    depression, anxiety and disease.
    By learning to be authentic and honest with yourself and appropriately
    express your feelings as they arise, you will allow the energy of the
    feeling to rise, pass through you and go on its way like a wave, without
    any resistance. The best way to deal with emotions is to have full
    acceptance of them. They will come and go, rise and fall; you don’t need
    to judge them, deny them or beat yourself up because you feel them. Just
    accept them, and use ones like anger, sadness, frustration or
    disappointment as a warning that something is not working in your life
    and needs attention or adjustment – much like the warning sign on you
    car dashboard might show you that you’re low on water or oil. By
    authentically accepting and appropriately expressing your feelings, you
    will access a raised level of consciousness with increased easefulness,
    peace and power.
    16. Spin
    Everything in the universe spins. Moons revolve around planets which
    revolve around stars which form spiraling galaxies. Not only that, but
    everything rotates as it revolves, because everything is composed of
    atoms which rotate. If you look closely, you can see this in the growth of
    plants, flowers and vegetables as well as in the stars.
    The ancient yogis of India (and probably many other traditions too)
    realized the human body contained 7 power centers or chakras, which
    ascend from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. These
    chakras are spinning discs; the faster they spin, the higher your energy
    levels. By simply spinning clockwise and counterclockwise 33 times every
    day (as recommended by higher ET intelligence, the Pleidians, in Barbara
    Marciniak’s book “Bringers of the Dawn”), your atoms and chakras will be
    more charged, and consequently, your consciousness will rise.
    17. Take Retreats
    Today’s overly busy and super stressed world can you leave you depleted
    and disconnected from your inner purpose. We are being so constantly
    inundated with advertising, entertainment and offers that our senses
    have become saturated and numb.
    Taking a silent or spiritual retreat, preferably in a quiet area with no
    television, radio, traffic or city noises, is a great way to “unplug from the
    Matrix” and return to the greatest wonder of all: you. Practice being
    yourself, or your Self, which is the creator and guide behind all you
    experience. Going into retreat every so often is like going into
    hibernation. You give your mind, body and spirit a chance to relax,
    rejuvenate and process difficult or traumatic emotions and experiences
    that you may have previously buried, because it wasn’t the time to deal
    with them then. You must eventually deal with these things; no one else
    can, and they will simply fester in the dark until they are examined and
    integrated. After a retreat, you will emerge like a butterfly from a cocoon,
    feeling like a new being and looking at the world differently. It is an
    important way to raise your consciousness.
    18. Do Your Inner Spiritual Work
    The outer is a reflection of the inner. What you experience in the outside
    world is not random; you (and the others with whom you have
    interactions) are orchestrating all of it on a deeper level, of which you
    may not be consciously aware. The reason is that we are not just physical
    beings. We are electromagnetic. It is the nature of magnets to attract and
    repel. We attract certain people and situations into our life. Once you
    realize and take responsibility for this, you know that you have the power
    to change it for the better.
    However, the only way you change the outside is to first change the
    inside, just as the only way you can change a reflection in the mirror is to
    first change the thing being reflected. It's identical. The world is a giant
    reflection of what goes on inside of you.
    That’s why, in order to rise above negative patterns and habits, you need
    to take a good, hard look at your thoughts, beliefs and definitions and
    work out why you are creating what you are. A therapist or counselor can
    be a very useful tool for this purpose. They can often see your blockages
    better than you can, and can help you unwind false and limiting beliefs.
    In ancient Greece, there was an oracle at Delphi. Inscribed above the
    entrance was the simple phrase, “Know Thyself”. You are a wonder, a
    mystery, a divine part of All That Is. Before knowing anything else, you
    must first truly know who you are. And to do that, you must do your
    inner spiritual work. A greatly expanded consciousness and true
    happiness is the profound reward awaiting you.
    19. Use Natural Modalities to Heal Yourself
    Big Pharma – the big multinational pharmaceutical conglomeration of
    corporations – makes a lot of money selling pills which mask symptoms
    and don’t address the root cause of disease. Not only that, but many of
    their drugs have horrible side effects. Many people take a second drug to
    offset the side effects of the first, and a third to offset the side effects of
    the second, and so on, never ending, like a dog chasing its own tail. This
    suits Big Pharma just fine, because a patient cured is a customer lost, and
    they care about profit, not health.
    Nature has provided us with everything we need. There is no point in
    choosing drugs, surgery, radiation or chemotherapy if the side effects are
    more disease (or death). That’s just trading one imbalance in the body for
    another. Get familiar with the amazing array of plants and herbs on the
    planet, which can cure just about every ailment under the sun. Try
    alternative healing modalities, such as homeopathy, naturopathy, Chinese
    medicine, Ayurveda, acupuncture, fasting, energy medicine, chiropractics,
    aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, reiki and more. Countless people have had
    success with these alternatives with no side effects.
    20. Laugh, Play and Have Fun
    The world is in a precarious state and it’s easy to get stressed out with
    the worries, burdens and responsibilities of life. However, it’s important
    to remember to laugh, play and have fun just as children do. That way,
    you immerse yourself fully in the present without having to get anywhere
    or do anything. A lot of us have forgotten the joy of simply being without
    expectation or goal. This is probably why Jesus said that we need to be
    more like children to enter the kingdom of heaven. One interpretation is
    that we need to be more present, more attentive, less worrisome about
    the future and less regretful about the past to be truly happy. The
    kingdom of heaven is not a physical place. It’s a state of being, within
    you. That’s what raising your consciousness is all about. It’s spending
    more time in that state of love, joy, awareness and connectedness.
    I hope the abovementioned suggestions help you to spend more time
    being truly happy. Good luck!
    Dear Women Friends and Sacred Sisters
    Dear women friends and Sacred Sisters
     Time passes.   Life happens.
     Distance separates.   Children grow up.
    Jobs come and go.   Love waxes and wanes.
    Men don't do what they're supposed to do.
    Hearts break.
    Parents die.
    Colleagues forget favors.   Careers end.
    BUT - Sisters are there, no matter how much time and how many miles
    are between you.
    A girlfriend is never farther away than needing her.
     When you have to walk that lonesome valley
     And you have to walk it by yourself,
    The women in your life will be on the valley's rim,
    Cheering you on,
    Praying for you,
    Pulling for you,
    Full Moon in Leo...All planets direct til Feb 18 2013
     FULL MOON in LEO is here! Feeling the shift of energies, excitement and emotions rising
    First from the insightful Dipali Desai and her Celestial Space Astrology:
    “The Full Moon in Leo occurs at 7 degrees on January 26th/27th, 2013. With the Sun in detached mind-oriented Aquarius while the Moon in dramatic heart-centered Leo, it is possible to initially experience a clashing of emotions under these specific astrological aspects that are a part of this Full Moon phase.”
    “Emotions are bubbling high and low under this phase, yet precious illuminated insights will reveal themselves through all of the conflict, clashes and perhaps overly dramatic interactions. Ultimately, the mind and heart is seeking union with each other during the Full Moon in Leo instead of remaining at odds.”
    “Leo is a fixed mode of energy and a fire sign. This suggests self-expression and demonstrating how you feel is a natural part of this astrological sign. The sign of Leo also reminds each to embody love, have dignity and also have pride in what you express. That is, shine your best and authentic Self.”
    “Life will not feel dull leading up to the Full Moon in Leo. Talk about it, feel it, and then finally make solid progress to grow from wherever you have limited yourself out of lack of self-love. It is very likely that with the Full Moon in Leo, individuals, the Inner Child Archetype or children may have strange or bizarre outbursts especially in a public setting. People may opt to do some pretty outlandish things when it comes to love and romance or declaring their feelings now. If you have been controlling your emotions or stuffing them down, they may come up and out through pressure or tension.”
    “It’s as if you are battling an ancient pattern within yourself that you know you have wrestled with before many times over, or many lifetimes over. Isn’t it time to face courageously face it? Trust yourself to do what is healthy and loving. There may be a lot of deep feelings running underneath that must be acknowledged. Drama verges on melodrama with the building up of emotions under the Full Moon in Leo. “
    “One may want to ponder and address where the lack, limitation and restraint out of fear is showing up when it comes to love or expressing yourself authentically.”
    “There is a sparkly potential to this Full Moon in Leo, that is one you find the extreme stuck spot or a few when it comes to love, emotions or self-expression, there is potential for an unexpected twist to unleash creative energy to freely flow. You have to be a bit innovative and creative rather than fixating on the old way for the unleashing of the energy and joy to happen.”
    “The astrological sign of Leo also brings the message of listening to the joy and wisdom within the heart. This is Soul speaking through your deepest most genuine feelings. Similar to how little babies and children simply know to express joy without reservations…”
    “If you have felt like your love life has been lacking or withering away, this could be a time where you pay attention to yourself, relationship and marriage to add a bit of magic and love back into the mix. If you are single, do not fret, add the same love and romance towards yourself to become evermore increasingly magnetic for the special someone to find you.”
    From Molly Hall from About.com/Astrology:
    “With so much pulling each of us out of ourselves and our own story, this calls us back to the heart of who we are. That makes it a fruitful (Leo shines at the peak of the summer) time to act or realize what inspires your emerging, evolving self.”
    “It’s a riddle of a chart with both Saturnian and Uranian energies in abundance. What I’m intuiting further, is that the real treasure is found in the individual journey. And that by following the signs and synchronicities of that calling (Leo), we make a priceless contribution to the whole (Aquarius).”
    “A big theme I see here, is guarding the psyche/soul (are these the same thing?) against what derails, ties up energy, distracts, mesmerizes. This is where the discipline of Saturn comes in — to redraw boundaries and claim a sacred, inspired inner atmosphere. Like sage-ing yourself, and learning tools of psychic protection from what’s toxic in the environment.”
    “The Leo Full Moon then can be a time to commit to being self-centered, in a healthy way. To meet the demand of Saturn to do the healing necessary to move out of drama and trauma, and into the creative life of your dreams. The conflicted energies may make it wise to wait to act, as energies shift and do their thing. Jupiter goes direct on the 30th, and at this time, it can feel that much falls into place.”
    From Cathy Pagano and her Wisdom of Astrology:
    “The Leo/Aquarius Full Moon makes us aware of the archetypal truths of Leo and Aquarius—that each of us has a unique destiny, a role to play in the drama of life (Leo) and when we unite our talents and vision (Aquarius) we will be more powerful than if we go it alone. The lie of patriarchy is that we’re in it for ourselves, that we have to use our talents for our own prosperity and power, rather than sharing them with the group.”
    “This Leo Full Moon can guide us to new Aquarian ideals of equality, purpose and collaboration. President Obama touched on these ideals in his inaugural address on Monday. Interesting that he’s a Leo with an Aquarius ascendant!”
    “…This full Moon makes a positive connection with Uranus in Aries and Jupiter in Gemini, offering us the opportunity to let go of old beliefs that no longer serve life and finding new expressions of the natural laws of life; such as, in times of chaos and change, it is always wise to connect with like-minded individuals who share your vision. “
    ” The full Moon also makes a challenging square to Saturn in Scorpio, bringing into play old emotional wounds which can knock us off-center. The best way to use the energy of this square is to acknowledge the wounds and release them, retaining the lessons you’ve learned from them. If we transform emotional trauma into emotional awareness, we can better deal with learning to work as a group while standing in our own personal power.”
    “ Both Jupiter and the asteroid Vesta turn direct in the next week. Jupiter symbolizes expansion, curiosity and faith. Vesta, the goddess of the hearth-fires, symbolizes our inner truth, as well as focus and commitment to that truth. When planets turn direct, their energies go out into the world with renewed purpose. Jupiter direct urges us to think and act with confidence, moving our goals forward now. Vesta will give us the focus and commitment to make it happen.”
    From the wonderful astrologer Kelly Rosano:
    “Leo is the cosmic child of the zodiac. Leo rules the heart. Leo is the heart of the child. Our inner child is our soul. We are to merge with our Soul-Self to Ascend. Leo reminds us that we are unique. We are here to play our part in the circle of life. A role only you can play. This is because you carry a unique heart flame. There is no one else who can replace you. This makes you invaluable to the greater whole. You are a creator. You came to create the New Earth. In Leo, we create from our heart and soul…”
    “Aquarius reminds us that we are part of the group. We are part of the community. We are part of each other. All Are One. Separation is the illusion. Connection is the truth. We are to celebrate our unique individuality (Leo) together (Aquarius). Aquarius encourages us to value our differences. We allow and encourage each other’s uniqueness. Our strength is in our unity. We can do far more together that we can separately. United we stand.”
    “Each one of us makes a difference, and as we join forces, we constellate a synergistic whole far greater than the sum of its parts.” ~ Stephanie Austin, Mountain Astrologer
    “Jupiter is uplifting and inspiring both the Sun (soul) and the Moon (emotions). This enthusiasm and buoyancy can empower us to project positive energies into our environment. The Law of Attraction is always matching. What we are expressing. This will help our affairs work out the way we want. We are seeing the vision of our hopes, wishes and desires. We can have breakthroughs. Rise above the challenges and problems and see your life as a whole. Set your intentions. Hold the vision of what you want to create and manifest.”
    “Uranus is the awakener. Uranus is in harmony with the Leo Full Moon. Uranus is in supportive connection with Jupiter. These are some of the best aspects that we can feel. Uranus in positive aspect to both lights creates pleasant surprises. Uranus wants us to make our lives fresh and lively. This is an excellent time for new activities. We are making discoveries about Self and the world. Your life may have an exciting quality that is not always present. We will find the freedom to reinvent ourselves and tap into new currents of creativity. You will be successful in every way you reach out to encounter new experience.”
    ♥Are you hungry for change?
    ♥Are you ready to reinvent yourself?
    ♥What action steps can you take to make your life more interesting?
    ♥Are you ready for new encounters, friends and LOVE?
    ♥Are you willing to be your authentic Self?
    ♥Will you honor your creative Self-expression to expand and grow?
    ♥Are you ready to shift out of old physical habits that hurt your body?
    “There is one caution. Serious Saturn challenges the Leo Full Moon. Saturn wants us to slow down. We are to take our time in decision making. Uranus/Jupiter is like rocket fuel. We can orbit the planet with our big dreams and schemes. Yet, before we take flight, we must sure up our personal foundation. The stronger we are in mind, body, heart, and soul. The more we can accomplish in the weeks and months ahead. Saturn encourages us to look before we leap. Make sure this is what you truly want and need.”
    “We end the month of January on an extremely high note. Jupiter is direct on January 30! Yeah! It is time for Jupiter dancing. Jupiter rules prosperity, personal and business expansion. It is challenging to expand our finances and business when Jupiter is retrograde (asleep). Jupiter has been retrograde since October 5, 2012. Jupiter direct bodes well for our year ahead.”
    “What’s more, Jupiter direct January 30. We have all the planets direct until February 18! This is our green light from the universe. We can ride this creative wave to our new sparkling shores. What you have been working on, dreaming and developing. It is time to implement your plans for 2013. Go for your dreams. Go for your wishes and heart’s desires. Saturn will help us make it real and lasting.”
    “Is it possible to be the visionary and the actionary of your own life? Not only possible, it’s the way most of you intended it to be. It’s the best of all worlds. What can be more exhilarating than to find a dream from the contrast, to fixate on the dream and let it give you pleasure as it grows, and then to watch Law of Attraction bring it into manifestation while you help with your action. Does it get any better than that? You didn’t think so as you made the decision to come forth into these physical bodies. You said, “This is the best time in all eternity for a Creator to Create.” ~ Abraham
