The Bathing Suit
When I was a child in the 1960s, the bathing suit for the mature figure was-boned, trussed and reinforced, not so much sewn as engineered. They were built to hold back and uplift, and they did a good job. Today's stretch fabrics are designed for the prepubescent girl with a figure carved from a potato chip. The mature woman has a choice, she can either go up front to the maternity department and try on a floral suit with a skirt, coming away looking like a hippopotamus that escaped from Disney's Fantasia, or she can wander around every run-of-the-mill department store trying to make a sensible choice from what amounts to a designer range of fluorescent rubber bands. What choice did I have? I wandered around, made my sensible choice and entered the chamber of horrors known as the fitting room. The first thing I noticed was the extraordinary tensile strength of the stretch material. The Lycra used in bathing costumes was developed, I believe, by NASA to launch small rockets from a slingshot, which gives the added bonus that if you manage to actually lever yourself into one, you would be protected from shark attacks. Any shark taking a swipe at your passing midriff would immediately suffer whiplash. I fought my way into the bathing suit, but as I twanged the shoulder strap in place I gasped in horror, my boobs had disappeared! Eventually, I found one boob cowering under my left armpit. It took a while to find the other. At last I located it flattened beside my seventh rib. The problem is that modern bathing suits have no bra cups. The mature woman is now meant to wear her boobs spread across her chest like a speed bump. I realigned my speed bump and lurched toward the mirror to take a full view assessment. The bathing suit fit all right, but unfortunately it only fitted those bits of me willing to stay inside it. The rest of me oozed out rebelliously from top, bottom and sides. I looked like a lump of Playdoh wearing undersized cling wrap. As I tried to work out where all those extra bits had come from, the prepubescent sales girl popped her head through the curtain, "Oh, there you are," she said, admiring the bathing suit. I replied that I wasn't so sure and asked what else she had to show me. I tried on a cream crinkled one that made me look like a lump of masking tape, and a floral two-piece that gave the appearance of an oversized napkin in a serving ring. I struggled into a pair of leopard-skin bathers with ragged frills and came out looking like Tarzan's Jane, pregnant with triplets and having a rough day. I tried on a black number with a midriff fringe and looked like a jellyfish in mourning. I tried on a bright pink pair with such a high cut leg I thought I would have to wax my eyebrows to wear them. Finally, I found a suit that fit, it was a two-piece affair with a shorts-style bottom and a loose blouse-type top. It was cheap, comfortable, and bulge-friendly, so I bought it. My ridiculous search had a successful outcome, I figured. When I got it home, I found a label that read, "Material might become transparent in water." So, if you happen to be on the beach or near any other body of water this year and I'm there too, I'll be the one in cut-off jeans and a T-shirt! You'd better be laughing or rolling on the floor by this time. Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain, with or without a stylish bathing suit! """You can't change the past, but you can ruin the present by worrying over the future""" Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devil says~~"Oh Crap, She's up!"

Quantum Wave Testimonials
My partner used to complain each time he arrived home from work about the balls of his feet really hurting him. Each time he complained I would sit him down on the sofa and give him 10 minutes of Quantum on the area. I'd done this about six different times. The other day I realised that I hadn't heard him complaining and asked how his feet were. He casually said they were OK. This result was after MONTHS of complaining.
We were having dinner with friends when their son (age 15) doubled up in agony with growing pains in his thigh. I whipped out my Laser, put it on Quantum for 4 mins, Muscle for another 4, and told him to hold it against his leg. Before the end of the 8 minutes he said that his leg felt much better. When he walked away from the table, he was pain-free. His mother said that usually his growing pains would hang around for ages till he took pain-killers. I have also used the Laser for my own son's growing pains with great success. (Both boys are footballers.)
My sister came round for her young grandson who'd had the shock of being run over by a car, escaping luckily with only cuts and bruises. My sister said she could also do with a session. I started with her grandson first and put him on the massage couch and did tapping and healing whilst putting the Laser on various parts of his body. He went into a deep and healing 2 hour sleep so I didn't want to move him from the couch. I also didn't want to do healing work on my sister (she told me she had a bit of a tummy ache) without using the couch as I'd be bending over too low and risk straining my back. Instead, I simply used the Laser on her and told her to come back another time for a full healing. She also went into a lovely sleep, right there on the sofa. The next day she texted 'My stomach upset has gone which I had for over 2 weeks. I cannot believe that it has gone and keep expecting it to come back.' I didn't even know her stomach issue had been so long-standing!
At one of my recent regular women's Meetups held at my home, one of the ladies, who was barefooted, was complaining about her arthritic toe. I asked her how painful it was and she said it was 7(out of 10). I gave her the Laser to sit with (Unwind/Quantum + an Osetoarthritis frequency I had already custom added). After about 30 minutes I asked her how she was feeling. She said the pain had gone completely! But she added that when she put her shoes on she was sure it would return as that was when it was most painful. She put her shoes on and was very surprised as there was still no pain!
My asthmatic friend came to visit. I was in my bedroom at the top of the house and by the time she climbed all four flights of stairs, she was wheezy and out of breath. When she sat down and reached for her puffer I asked her to try the Laser instead (Unwind / Quantum on her chest). Her breathing noticeably relaxed after a few minutes and a few hours later she still had no needed her puffer. The next day I asked her how she got on and she said that before going to bed, she took her puffer as she's had attacks before and wasn't going to risk one, but it certainly wasn't because she felt breathless or the need for her puffer.
I have noticed an amazing by-product of using the laser. My nails used to so weak and flaky, that I'd have to strengthen them with acrylic at the nail bar, but in the long-term this would only weaken them further. A few months ago, coinciding with using the Laser, I decided to cut them short and wear them au naturel. The other day I noticed that they were not as 'spring-boardy' as they used to be. I now wear my own, natural nails at quite a length and they are rock hard - as hard as when I coated them with acrylic! The only thing I can put this down to is use of the Laser. I now no longer have to pay £30 every 3 weeks to have them strengthened and they look beautiful!
I'd finished my session with a client when he mentioned that a few weeks ago he'd queued for 4 hours in the cold for some tickets to a very popular art exhibition. Since then both knees had been hurting, but he reckoned this might also have something to do with advancing age, and there wouldn't be much he could do about that. I suggested that he use the Laser while we were debriefing about other things. Twenty minutes later he said that his knees felt much better. By the time he got his coat and bags and was at the door, he said in amazement that the pain had completely gone from both knees!
My wife had been trying to convince me for months to buy a Quantumwave Laser. Her sister and husband from Regina had purchased one a couple of years ago, and were in the business, and they asked if she could attend a seminar in Winnipeg on the laser. She came back from the meeting "pumped" and was trying to convince me that we should buy one. I thought it was a "crazy idea - - spending thousands of dollars on a remote?". I've also seen some improvement with my back (I have a herniated disc). We kept the rented laser a few days longer than expected (weren't in a hurry to return it) and we decided to finally purchase our own laser.
A week ago Wednesday I went to work on my friends horse that has been lame for almost 2 months with no progress. Bucket is his name & he is a 11 year old walker stallion. When I got to the barn he was so lame that he was on three legs. After 40 something years of working with thousands of lame horses I have seen this many times. First thing I did was to use a dowsing tool to pin point areas of need. Now that I have a Quantum Wave Laser the unwind was the first thing I used in that three hour session. Yes I used many different settings. Finishing up with more detailed parts of his body. Problem being when a horse is lame that long more & more parts of the body join into the lameness problem... Most of the time these things can take weeks or months to get them turned around. That day he was only a little bit better. I came back on Saturday which was 3 days later & again worked for three hours on this horse... When leaving he was about 1/4 better. On Tuesday morning when his owner came to the barn this horse was 80% better and by the weekend "Bucket" was 100% sound. Let's just say right now ...I have my name being passed around to the local horse people with great praise.

It is here from the Quantumfield that we can help dissolve old structures from the previous season and also invite neutral energy to help guide and coordinate all that is going on right now. This neutral energy is the essence of all life and is amazingly capable of finding solutions to challenges, as all things come from neutrality. Take some moments as you can, take a nice breath in, and as it comes out really relax and drop all, and then gently dissolve into the space between the breath.
This seems like a basic thing, yet it is a key to the universe and beyond, a gateway to change the station from all that is going on here and to drop into the ocean of neutrality and essence of the universe.

Vogel-Style Crystals
As I mentioned last month, when I go to Tucson to buy crystals, there are one or two types, shapes etc. that make themselves known to me beforehand. This year one of those types was the Vogel-cut crystal. Marcel Vogel was a research scientist for IBM in the early days of computers. He knew that silicon dioxide (quartz) could be programmed in a specific way, to perform specific tasks. He had many fascinating theories about crystals and their ability to heal, which can be found in more depth online.
For my purpose here I will just say that he determined that crystals faceted in a specific way, have the ability to transmit a more coherent and measurable field of energy when used for healing or energetic work. There are several different kinds of Vogel crystals with different numbers of sides. The ones I have are 12- sided. These cuts were made to amplify the energy sent out by the crystal. This is vastly simplified, but that is the idea.
The crystals that I found to work with are Vogel-style and not from the officially sanctioned Vogel makers. What I know in my heart to be true about crystal (All crystal) is that it is an amplifier of intention and energy. While the "real" Vogel-cut crystals cost hundreds of dollars, those cut by lasers, at this point in time, are affordable, available and can be used just as effectively to carry clear, focused intention. Rant over.
All that being said, when I got these intriguing beauties home, I was immediately guided to put them into the matrix I have been using to access transcendant heart energy. This immediately amplified this field, so much so that I had quite a few very emotional days before I figured out what was happening. The learning never stops. At one point I had to cover the crystals up for awhile so I could ease them into the space.
Since I was curious about other ways to use these crystals, I decided to use my amazing circle to teach me. Knowing that they could be used to open up specific fields, my intuition was to work with the field of possibility - both individually and with each other. I strongly feel that 2012 is about blasting open your field of possibility among many other things. After doing a journey inside of the crystal, almost all of the people in the circle had the experience of it being a key. In the journey we asked the spirit of the crystals to show us how to open up our own field of possibility, and assist another to open up theirs.
To a person, we were shown the process, and though it was somewhat different for each person, there were intriguing similarities. Of course, the process will always be different for each person because we are all unique, and similar because we are all the same. At any rate I had the privilege of watching all of the Masters in my circle step into their own hearts and perform this opening for another, using these "keys" in a way I am sure they were intended.

2012 Circle: Spontaneous Joy
I am really looking forward to exploring the heights and depths of joy and abundance that can be manifested by group energy in this next year. We will be looking at inspiration and how to carry it with us at all times in order to be open to the abundant gifts of the Universe at all times. The March circle will take place on the Equinox, a powerful time of year to set intentions. We will be honoring the Earth Mother and offering our prayers in the form of a despacho. Bring an offering that is biodegradable and something that represents your heart's desire (this can be written down as well).
You may come to one circle or all of them, as your own heart guides you.
