Just about a year ago--I went to a class that my friend Julia King was teaching.
I only went because she was moving out of state and it would be the last time I would see her.
I have been to so many classes in my 40 years in healing and consciousness work that I
had sworn not to go to another--but I was going to honor my friend.
Isn't that when things happen--when you aren't expecting them to?
When I walked in I was surprised to see that nearly
every powerful healer in my town was there, too.
Just about a year ago--I went to a class that my friend Julia King was teaching.

I have been to so many classes in my 40 years in healing and consciousness work that I
had sworn not to go to another--but I was going to honor my friend.

When I walked in I was surprised to see that nearly
every powerful healer in my town was there, too.
When we started working on each other I was absolutely amazed that
when I touched the points on an my friend Amy Lidman's head--I felt more sensation there
then in any hands-on work that I have ever done! Amy was amazed with what she felt, too.
And when people got up off the table they looked different--really different. Glowing sort of.
But it wasn't until I was driving home that I realized what was different about me.
There was NO chatter in my head! I was just calm and happy.
I felt like I had been meditating for days.
Even more amazing--when I got home, my husband, Charles, was different, too!
I asked to go to the beach for dinner--and he suggested a restaurantthat was my favorite--one that he had such a "point of view" about that he had
sworn he would never go there again. That point of view was gone!
It was a magical dinner.
The class claims to release old programs that block us from experiencing our true
selves, our wholeness, our passion and power. And I was finding truth in that.
I was transforming in ways I never expected. My self talk was changing.
Part of the class teaches a powerful type of questioning that--I believe--
reaches into the subconscious mind and releases and untangles
old programs that block us in ways we've never understood.
