REIKI TREATMENT FOR QUICK STRESS RELEASE
- Cover your eyes with a blindfold, sleep mask, or small beanbag. (The goal is to create a gentle pressure on your eyeballs.)
- Relax and breathe slowly letting go of any tensions and thoughts each time you breathe out. Repeat this two times.
- Put one hand on your forehead and the other on the lower back of your head. This position will release tension from your body and calm your mind and emotions. Hold this position 3-5 minutes.
- Move one hand to your navel and the other to your forehead. This will center and calm you while treating your solar plexus and intestines. Hold this position 3-5 minutes.
- Keeping one hand on your navel, move the other hand to the middle of your chest. This will balance the energy from your heart chakra and your sacral chakra. Hold this position 3-5 minutes.
